Paul Graver started EXSETIS to build on his years of experience in quality and process management.
For 20 years of his more than 30 years of experience, he led the Technical Service and Quality teams at Mohawk Fine Papers Inc in Cohoes NY, achieving the position of Vice President. His focus was developing and enhancing the quality and customer technical service efforts and developing quality protocols for the entire company, including satellite locations, sub-contractor converters, and remote warehouses. He was actively involved with new product specification development and production rollouts, customer technical support, FSC certification, and developed data analysis methods and tools to assist in quality assurance and complaint analysis.
Prior to Mohawk, Paul led the Technical and Quality team at Deferiet Paper (formerly Champion International) in Deferiet NY and earlier was production manager of the Stock Prep and Deinking Department at the International Paper mill in Corinth NY. He began his career at International Paper’s corporate research facility in Tuxedo Park NY as part of a team developing new deinking technology that was later implemented at a number of IP locations.
Most recently, Paul was Vice President at Commercial Investigations LLC in Latham NY, overseeing day to day operations. He led the implementation of new systems to optimize order entry and identified methods for data retrieval and analysis, He built tools to develop pricing models, price increase strategies, and order turnaround time analysis.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Paper Science & Engineering and Master of Science in Environmental & Resource Engineering at the State University of NY, College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, NY.
